This bunch sent a watch for my son that I bought last March. When we received it, the hand dials wouldn’t calibrate. I tried reaching out to them, but their IVR just told me to email for warranty help, so that’s what we did. What did I get back? An email with a link to some random overseas YouTuber showing how to calibrate the dials. I had problems with the watch from the very start, and these fools had no plans to assist—just a link. I followed up a few times with emails, but no reply! Recently, I sent another email, and now it’s been 8 days with no response again! Seriously, don’t be tricked into buying from them. Go check out a real dealer somewhere else where you’ll actually get the service you deserve.

Awesome shopping experience! These folks really know their stuff and are super honest. I picked one up for my dad and gave them a ring to see if it was in stock. When I mentioned I wanted something with bigger numbers or easier to read, the guy on the line actually pointed out that the watch I was about to get might be too dark for my dad. He directed me to a different watch that was actually less expensive (which is a rarity in my experience!), and my dad loved it!

I just got my Baby G watch and I'm really impressed with how fast it arrived—took less than a day to get to me in Queensland! The band feels a bit snug on my wrist; I didn’t think it was that big, but it’s on the second hole. Is there any chance I can find a bigger band somewhere?

I got myself a Casio G Shock from this place. Just two months in, water showed up under the glass. When I reached out to them, they claimed this was typical for Casio watches.
